mySCMA has direct access to the most secure Digital Media Delivery platform available and we can't allow any vulnerabilities to it's security, because a password reset can provide a 'security hole' we've decided to only allow manual password resets at this stage.

Manual Password Reset Options

- Phone - Call Ray on 0409 533 891

- Email - Send a password reset request to webmaster@scma.org.au MAKE SURE the email contains the following:

• Username & email address of account needing a reset
• Last known activity or login date eg: logged in approx 1 week ago etc

The password reset must come from the registered email address to ensure a high level of security.

- Station Admin - You can get in touch with your station admin user and they can manually reset a password for users within your station.
